We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on most products available on our website. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Eligible products will be refunded in full via the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items

Incorrect or Defective Items

Reason for the return
⚠️ Returns sent without an OCN cannot be accepted. Giftistry is not responsible for lost or unauthorized returns.
Electronic Delivery Refunds
For digitally delivered products, we will confirm with the manufacturer that the product:
Has not been activated or used
Is eligible for deactivation or return
Once verified, we will process your refund accordingly.
Return Shipping Policy
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For incorrect or defective products, Giftistry covers all return shipping expenses.
